Dhulikhel and Dolalghat Visit

Sometimes plan doesn't get success but unplanned things come true. It happened like that in the last weekend.

I was unaware on 7 Nov friday evening, of the things that were going to happen the day after.

Time: Sat Morning 8 Nov, I woke up at 4:30. Did my morning things. The college starts from 6:15am. Yes, my college runs on weekend days too, as there are working student in my class. After class, we went to local shop for tea and gossip. The only chance to talk with my college frens is the weekend days, particularly saturday. My college closes on Sunday.

Friends are very enthusiastic. We decided to go to somewhere but where?? My suggestion was 'Tau Dhaha'. They refused'It's very near' they said. They agreed to go to Dhulikhel. 'Dhulikhel? it was the place that I had recently visited for office picnic. But I hadn't got chance to visit Dhulikhel properly. I didn't say a single word to them and agreed to go there.

Camera was in my bag. I usually carry it on weekend days wherever I go.I love to go to take pics on the those days.

And the other unplanned thing was we decided to go to Dolalghat at Dhulikhel. It was full of fun mixed with tiring experience, riding a long journey on bike.

Thanks goes to all my dear frens Mani, Sajan, Binod, Deepak and Manoj. Special thanks to Manoj,local fren from ktm , who was my bike partner and who gave me a lot of information on Dhulikhel (He was a KU Student so ..)

We had a blast day on 8 Nov 08.

By the way, we practiced some photography techniques taught by photography teacher. So the trip turned out to be educational as well.

जाडो आयो !

हिजो एकछिन घाममा बसेर किताब पढ्न क्या रमाइलो भएको थियो । हातमा किताब थियो 'अन्तर्मनको यात्रा ' । सुरु गरेको धेरै दिन भईसक्यो तर पढ्न फुर्सद पाइरहेको थिइन । अब त जाडो मौसम पनि सुरु भईसक्यो अनी जाडो मौसममा घाममा बसेर पढ्न गजब रमाइलो हुन्छ। भ्यएसम्म धेरै भन्दा धेरै किताबहरु पढ्नु पर्ला। तर जती पढ्दै गयो त्यती इम्याजिनेशन चलेर हैरान पार्छ । दिमागमा लेख्ने कुराहरुको ओइरो लागेर ओभर फ्लो जस्तै हुन्छ । फेरी कन्ट्रोल गर्छु अनी पढ्न ध्यान दिन्छु।

हिजो एकछिन सुर्यमा सँग घुमघाम गर्न पनि भ्याएँ नजिकैको गुम्बामा। फोटोहरु पोस्ट गर्न मन लगेर पोस्ट गर्दै छु । काठमाण्डौ ज्यादै रमाइलो छ !

क्या रमाइलो छुट्टी

'छुट्टीमा कतै गएर ढुङ्गा हेर्दा मात्रै पनि कती रमाइलो हुन्छ है ' प्रतिज्ञा दिदिले त्रिशुलीको किनारमा ढुङ्गाहरुलाई देखेर भन्नु भएको थियो ।
साँच्ची एक दुई दिन छुटै किसिमले बिताउँदा कती रमाइलो हुन्छ !!

घर नजिकै छोटो घुमघाम

धेरै पछाडी म सितापाइला तिर घुम्न निक्लिएको थिएँ। पैदल ।

हिढदा हिढदै केही कुराकानी सुन्न पाइयो ।

'भाउजु, अचेल त दाजुले टन्न कमाउनु हुन्छ नि' (लोग्ने मान्छेको स्वर)

'के टन्न कमाउनु नि, राती ८ बजे टन्न मातेर आउँछ '

'तह लगाउनु नी , कोठामा थुनेर पिट्नु तर कसैले नदेख्ने गरी नि फेरी केटा मान्छे को इज्जत्!! '


बिचरी त्यो दिदीलाई कती दु:ख छ होला। अनी त्यो उसको मात्र कथा कहाँ हो र त्यो त त्यहाँ बस्ने सबै महिलाहरु को कथा हो। हिढदा हिढदै लोग्ने मान्छे हरु तास खेली रहेको प्रत्यक्ष देख्न पाइयो । शायद राती घरमा गएर तास हारेर रक्सी पिइ आफ्नो स्वस्नी लाई पिट्ने होला। हे भगवान कहिले सुर्द्रेला हाम्रो देश को अवस्था !!


धेरै पछी त्यता तिर गएको हुनाले धेरै परिवर्तनहरु भईसकेछन। नयाँ नयाँ थुप्रै घरहरु बनिसकेछन। त्यती राम्रो हरियाली उपत्यका हेर्दा हेदै घरै घरमा धमाधम परिवर्तन भाईरहेका छन।



मन एउटा कुरामा ढुक्क छ। सल्लाको सानो जंगलचाँही केही हुँदैन किनभने त्यो सरकारी जंगल हो। त्यहाँ को बोट बिरुवा हरु १० बर्ष सम्ममा पनि त्यसतै होस् भन्ने कामना छ । जंगल चै साह्रै राम्रो भएको रहेछ । बनमाराको सेतो फुलले जंगल ढकमक्क पारेको रहेछ।



एउटा गीतको याद आइ हाल्यो

' बनमारले बनै खायो

पिरै पिरले जिउ खायो

नदेख्या भये हुन्थ्यो होला

देखे पछी माया लाग्यो '


एउटा ठुलो ढुङ्गामा बसेर चाउ चाउ निकाले । चाउ चाउमा धेरै पुरस्कारहरुको ओइरो लागेपनी म चै भाग्यमानी छु क्यार !! जहिले Rs 0 कि try again । scratch नगरी पनि बस्नै सक्दिन । चाउ चाउ खाँदै तल फाँट्मा डोजरले मलिलो खेतलाई घरको खेतमा बादली रहेको हेदै थिएँ।


त्यहीँबाट २ बर्ष आगडी खिचेको Panorama फोटो सम्झे । कुनै दिन त्यही बाट फेरी एउटा Panorama खिचेर दुई वटा फोटोको तुलना गरौला भन्ने सोच आयो।



फर्कदाँ बाटोमा पाठा पाठिहरु खेलिरहेका रहेछन । सुम्सुम्याउन मन लगेपनी उनिहरु डराउलान् भनेर खेलिरहेको हेरिरहे । त्यसपछी घर तिर फर्के ।

Fulhari Gumba Visit

Yesterday I went to Fulhari Gumba with my friend Archana. It is on the way to Sundarijal and behind Kapan Gumba. It is such a nice place that everybody wants to go there next time. It was my third time and Archana's first.

The Lamas started their function after we roamed all around Gumba. Archana lit a lamp. I also wanted to lit, but there was only one lamp.

We attend their function. They chanted Mantras and beated drums. In the mean time they distributed special tea.The taste of Tea was so good which I am still remembering.I drank three cups. I said it as 'Amrit'.

It was a nice day but the weather was too cold as it rained while we were inside Gumba.

Archana liked that Gumba so much. She said it's same like Darjeeling.

It was one of my happy day in Jan of 2008.

I will write more about it later.

Hiking to the top of hill

Today we went on a hiking after a long time. We always plan for hiking but our plan goes always in vain. But today our plan succeeded.

When we left house at twelve o’clock and the rain was drizzling. We (My mother, my sister and I) bought some Rum Pum and Nepalese "Sel Roti" from near shop.

We were unaware of the way to up hill. This was our first time to go up the hill. We always see that particular hill from our home (Swoyambhu) very closely. We hadn’t gone there. Only my younger brother reached before us in last Dashain.

We moved forward by exploring our way. We were frightening from leech as it was season of leech. We reached to field of flower.

There were lots of flower and its farmers were busy in their field. The yellow, orange and red color Lahure flowers were blooming in the field. We bought some flowers and took photographs. Then we moved ahead.

After climbing little up we reached in that hill. It was a small hill. There was a tree of Salla in the middle of the hill. The large hills cover that small hill around it. The weather was rainy so the clouds were moving so near to the hill as if we can touch those clouds.

The weather was so cool and pleasant. The scenery around the hill was so beautiful like heaven. Green, Green and Green.
We took photos and ate food items that we had brought. It was time to return so we returned before it become late. But we made nice memories there.

I request all of u to go for hiking near the hills of Kathmandu. Please!! I swear you enjoy a lot.
